Do you have a deposit?
Yes we have a 50% deposit that is due upon signing, the other half is due 1 week before the wedding date.
When will we know who our videographer is?
Our videographers are formally assigned to our weddings 3 months before the wedding date. They will personally reach out to you via text message.

Do you have a contract?
Yes we have a service contract that is sent to our clients prior to payment.

Do you have a second shooter?
Our videographers are experienced and they can handle filming a wedding on their own. If it's a large wedding or it's particularly important for you to bring on a second shooter, then we'll go through with that.

What is the turn-around time for the video?
The highlight video, full film, and any other deliverables are sent out within 3 weeks prior to the wedding date.

I filled out the inquiry, now what?
Daniel will send you an email with all the necessary information, including our availability and a google form. Once the form is filled out, we send over the contract for signing and send the Zelle request for the deposit.

If I don't like my video, can you re-edit it?
Yes we allow 1-2 re-edits (free)

Do you have insurance?
Yes we have insurance, documents available upon request.

Can we pick the songs in the highlight reel?
You certainly can! Any song is fine.

What is your most popular package?
Most of our clients opt for the "Treasure Package" for its mix of quality and affordability. 6 hours is an ideal length for capturing all the highlights from the special day.
